MISSION VIEJO, CA — A well-loved community event is returning to Mission Viejo.
The Repair Cafe OC takes place on Sunday, Oct. 18 in Mission Viejo.
Attendees were urged to bring in broken items to be fixed on the spot by volunteers, instead of discarding or throwing them away.
Items such as broken lamps, ripped jeans, or bikes in need of repair are welcomed.
Residents looking to volunteer as fixers for the event can do so by visiting the city's website.
Repair Cafe OC takes place on Sunday, Oct. 18 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Sycamore A Room at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.
