MISSION VIEJO, CA — If you ever wanted your kids to learn how to ride bikes safely, here is your opportunity. The Mission Viejo Safe Moves Bike Rodeo, coming Jan. 26 to the Norman P. Murray Community Center, is more than just fun and games. It is a chance to learn the "rules of riding" as well as to allow the kids to show off some of their best two-wheel moves.

Still, there is more to it than just that. The Safe Moves Bike Rodeo also is your chance to learn more about the new Bikeway Master Plan.

"Our city is developing a master plan to improve the cycling experience within the city, and encourage more people to get out and enjoy riding their bikes in Mission Viejo," a city spokesperson told Patch.
