Boys & Girls Club Lake Forest Program To Host Annual Gala

LAKE FOREST, CA — Lake Forest community members have the chance to be a part of something bigger Oct. 23. The Boys & Girls Club Lake Forest Program is hosting its 6th annual Night Under the Stars Gala, and tickets are on sale as of Monday.

The gala will feature craft beers, fine wine and hors d'oeuvres in the atrium of the new Lake Forest Community Center. Guests will enjoy a dinner in the ballroom, as well as a live auction with proceeds from the auction going directly toward funding the many programs that the Boys & Girls Club offers to the community. The night will end with live music presented by "Rick Lancaster."

The Boys & Girls Club Lake Forest Program services youth in Lake Forest as well as youth in nearby Mission Viejo. According to their website, in 2020 the Lake Forest Program grew from a single location to three. Now, more services than ever are being offered to youth and families.

For this year's event, organizers are honoring the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access Initiative, an initiative that serves as a legacy investment in the future of young people who face systemic obstacles beyond their control every day, according to a statement released by the Boys & Girls Club.

The event runs from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and tickets are available for purchase through the Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach's website.
