Parkinson's Orange County is excited to partner with Watermark Laguna Niguel to bring you a new monthly Parkinson's discussion group. It is open to the public and all are welcome, whether you are a person living with Parkinson's, a care partner, family member or friend.
This month we will be discussing ways to track your symptoms. Keeping track of on and off times can help you and your doctor better manage your medication timing and dosage. There are many tools available to track symptoms from old fashioned pen and paper to digital apps.
Watermark is located at 27762 Forbes Rd. in Laguna Niguel.
Covered parking is available on the ground floor garage at Watermark. Once you enter the parking garage, you can park in any spot.
