
The 1st annual Mission Viejo Film Festival will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at the Kaleidoscope at Mission Viejo 27741 Crown Valley Pkwy from 12 pm to 9 pm.
The festival will showcase aspiring filmmakers in two categories-elementary-high school and college-indie. Films need to be 15 minutes or less and family-friendly. Deadline for submissions to is May 4.
Films can be submitted by going to missionviejofilmfestival.com and then through the Withoutabox site. The entry fee is $35, $8 is retained by Withoutabox and the remaining $27 will go to the City of Hope (it is tax deductible).

Screening will take place all day at the Kaleidoscope. After each film there will be a question and answer forum with the filmmaker.
