City Of Mission Viejo: Relay For Life Returns To Mission Viejo Aug. 28

Join cancer survivors, caregivers and community members at the Relay For Life of South Orange County on Saturday, August 28 from 2 to 10 pm on the Village Green at Oso Viejo Community Park.

The event, which raises funds for cancer research and programs, kicks off at 2 pm with a ceremony and first lap celebrating cancer survivors and caregivers.
The special event includes activities for all ages; education; and entertainment while participants walk or run the track. The night ends with the popular luminaria ceremony - where hundreds of luminarias are lit, displaying the names and messages of all those remembered who have passed from cancer.
