City Seeks Blood, Diapers And Food Donations For Giving Event
Residents can give up to the community this fall during the Mission Viejo Gives Back event on Oct. 28.
MISSION VIEJO, CA — Orange County residents looking to give back to the community this fall can head to the North Paseo area on Friday, Oct. 28 to donate blood, food or diapers during the Mission Viejo Gives Back event.
According to the city, food and diaper donations will benefit Orange County nonprofit Families Forward, and blood donations will support nonprofit City of Hope. Both organizations will be onsite from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Residents who donate blood will receive a $10 In-N-Out gift card and can schedule an appointment through Envision Mission Viejo's website.

Residents can donate non-perishable foods and diapers of all sizes by parking their cars near the North Paseo area and allowing volunteers to assist with unloading. Residents may also be asked to provide receipts for food or diaper donations.
