Clothing for A Cause and E-Waste Recycling.

Donate on Sunday, April 24 from 9 am to 3pm.

If you don’t use it, need it or love it – donate to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life/ Mission Viejo, Clothing For A Cause and E Waste Recycling on Sunday, April 24 from 9 am to 3pm at Mission Viejo Civic Center parking lot, 200 Civic Center Dr., Mission Viejo, CA 92691.

Most of us have trouble parting with things even if we never use them, but remind yourself that it is for a great cause. Clean out your closets, attics and your garages. Clear away your clutter.

It’s a good sign you won't miss if you haven't used it for over a year. Challenge your family, friends and neighbors to contribute. It’s no longer junk or trash; it is an opportunity for Relay for Life to raise money to honor cancer survivors and support anyone going through cancer at events throughout the year.

So, what is Relay? Relay for Life of Mission Viejo is a 24-hour overnight event that will be held at Saddleback College, 28000 Marguerite Pkwy, MV, CA 92692 on June 4-5, 2016 from Saturday at 9 am-Sunday, 9 am. Teams walk on the track at Saddleback College to create awareness and raise money in the fight against cancer.

Relay for Life is not just a walk, but a year-round community fundraising event to combat cancer. Committee members volunteer throughout the year to organize events to raise money, honor our survivors, caregivers and our loved ones we have lost. They plan the 24- hour walk and so much more. There is something for everyone.

All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life Mission Viejo.

Whatever you do, don’t throw away your electronic waste. It is toxic and hazardous to the environment.
