ANAHEIM, CA — The Orange County District Attorney's Office charged three people in connection with a brawl at Disneyland that was captured on video in early July.

Edwin Robinson was charged with multiple felony charges and misdemeanors for allegedly attacking his sister, brother-in-law, and girlfriend.

OCDA spokeswoman Kimberly Edds said that "he endangered his child, as well as three other children, who were at Disneyland with the family."

Avery Robinson also faces felony domestic battery charges, assault with a deadly weapon and two felony counts of criminal threats," Edds said. Misdemeanor charges of battery, and child abuse and endangerment were also filed.

If he is convicted on all charges, Avery Robinson could face seven years and four months in state prison. He is currently being held at the Orange County Jail and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at the North Justice Center, 1275 N. Berkeley Avenue in Fullerton.

Robinson's sister, Andrea Nicole Robinson, is facing five misdemeanor charges, including four misdemeanor charges of battery for attacking her brother, Avery, his girlfriend, and a Disneyland employee. She is also facing one count of misdemeanor assault for attacking her brother's girlfriend. The 40-year-old Compton resident faces a maximum of 2.5 years in jail if convicted on all counts.

Daman Petrie, 44, of Compton, faces one misdemeanor count of battery. Petrie, who is married to Andrea Robinson, is accused of punching Avery Robinson's girlfriend in the face during the melee. He faces a maximum of six months in jail if convicted.

As seen on the video, multiple Disneyland guests made attempts to stop the violence, and remove the children from harm's way. One bystander placed Avery Robinson in a choke-hold, the video shows.

The family was asked to leave Disneyland and escorted by Disneyland security back to a parking structure to retrieve their vehicles.

While in the structure, Avery Robinson is accused of attempting to hit a Disneyland employee with his vehicle and threatening to kill his sister Andrea and her husband, Daman, while simulating a gun with his hand and pointing it at the couple.

What sparked the incident remains unclear, but the repercussions could be long-lasting, now that official charges have been filed. The three were expected to be arraigned, Tuesday, at the North Justice Center in Fullerton
