Driver ID'd In Fatal Laguna Hills Crash

LAGUNA HILLS, CA — An Ojai driver who died in a Laguna Hills freeway crash was identified Sunday by the Orange County coroner's office.

Randall King, 71 of Ojai, the SUV driver who died in a chain- reaction crash on a Laguna Hills freeway died on June 20, about 12:40 p.m., the coroner's office reported.

King was taken by ambulance to Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo, where he died about 40 minutes later, the coroner's office said.

It was unclear if any other drivers or passengers was injured during the crash.

The crash was being investigated by the California Highway Patrol's Orange County office.
