City officials Tuesday urged residents to take alternative routes after a water line repair prompted several lane closures on Marguerite.

MISSION VIEJO, CA — Mission Viejo city officials warned residents of emergency repair work being done on a water line Tuesday afternoon.

The repair prompted authorities to close several lanes on Marguerite Parkway at Avery Parkway at around noon Tuesday.

Residents were asked to take alternate routes if possible.
