If you enjoy theater or films, this class is a must! Find out how Broadway plays are staged, acted, and rehearsed before performance. There will be discussion on the film industry and how class films were produced. If you have the "acting bug," students may volunteer to participate in reading plays and screen plays. We’ll discuss the message and staging of the script from start to finish. "Acting in commercials" will also be discussed with non-required acting participation in class. Learn how an actor goes through the fascinating world of working on the film set. This class will make you see plays and films in a whole new light and appreciate the word and message of each artist. Ages 18 and older.
