The Vietnamese American Arts & Letters Association (VAALA), Nguoi Viet Daily News & Westminster Mall will hold The 9th Annual Moon Festival Children’s Art Contest on Saturday, September 17. All children aged 5-15 who participate in the Art Contest will receive a free T-shirt and a gift bag courtesy of community sponsors. The Awards Ceremony will take place Sunday, September 18 at Westminster Mall from 3:00pm to 5:00pm and will feature family-friendly activities and live children’s performances.
