Friends of the Library is sponsoring the free test. Students and parents will receive test results Feb. 28 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at City Hall. Register by emailing LibReference@cityofmissionviejo.org or stop by the Mission Viejo Library’s Reference Desk (949/830-7100 Ext. 5105).
