Free E-Waste Recycling Fundraiser to Benefit 10 year old little girl with Leukemia

Clean out your garage and help protect the environment. Come to this convenient Drive-through recycling event. All proceeds are to benefit Parto Rohan. She is a 10 year old little girl who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia.

If you peer inside her soul, you will find a spirit that is larger than life, a lion ready to roar, a courageous child who faces her fears, a fighter who will never give up and a tender heart that has endured more suffering in her 10yrs than most of us will in a lifetime. One can only wonder what motivates this wild spirit who is named Parto.

 She wakes up everyday aspiring to reach her dream of becoming a pop star diva, but I know, underneath it all there is a brilliant young lady who will contribute something very special to this world.

 While at CHOC hospital, she inspired and entertained the children by DJ-ing at radio Lollipop and enamored the nurses and Doctors with her sharp wit and courageous attitude. She walked down the halls with her BFF Savanna, laughing and thinking of ways to pull pranks on her mom. She listened carefully and asked questions about her condition, always reminding the nurses who wore the pants in that relationship!

 Parto has a spirit like no other, she loves to volunteer her time and help with various causes. Recently she saw her khalleh Sudi working a booth for Mahak and asked what she was doing? As soon as she found out that Mahak served Children with cancer, she said “hey I’m a kid with cancer! Can I help?” and started passing out the piggy banks to the passerby’s relentlessly!

 Of course we can stay here all night and share Parto stories, but I think I’ll take this moment to thank you all for your prayers and support and ask our little fighter to come up and say a few final words herself…
