Check-in for the one-day, 100-mile ride that starts at Saddleback College opens at 5:30 a.m. Pit stops are in Foothill Ranch, Orange, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo and San Clemente, and lunch is at a stop in Irvine. Opening ceremony is at 6:45 a.m. The route closes at 5 p.m. Closing ceremony and a food festival follow.
