Build a strong foundation for a life long, successful practice in this introductory session. Designed to accomodate students of all fitness levels, people with existing injuries, people who have taken a few yoga classes and people who have never set foot on a yoga mat (they're nice and soft....you'll love it). At the end of the Fundamentals of Yoga Class you'll have a clear understanding of what to expect when you go to class and how to choose the right class (our Yoga Advisors are always available to help you choose a class, whether you are a first time guest or a long time member).
