In the last 30 years obesity has doubled and become an epidemic in the United States. “Fed Up” is a documentary from the producer of An Inconvenient Truth, Laurie David; Filmmaker Stephanie Soechtig and narrated by journalist Katie Couric.
On Wednesday, March 11, 2015 join us for a free, screening from 7 to 9 pm at the Norman Murray Community Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, CA 92692. It investigates how the American food industry may have misled the public about food and exercise.
Dr. Karen Wolfe, an author, holistic health coach and international speaker on wellness and nutrition will lead the discussion after the movie. She is an expert in the science behind sugar addiction, inflammation and insulin resistance.

Dr. Wolfe has written several books, “Medicine from the Inside Out, “Create the Body Your Soul Desires,” “Is Your Lifestyle Killing You” and “Successful Aging: The Antioxidant Advantage.”
