MISSION VIEJO, CA — Are you on the look-out for Christmas card opportunities? Do you just really want a professional photograph of you and your furry friend? Ines Negrete of Regency Real Estate Brokers has an answer for you.

This Saturday, Negrete is hosting a "Pet Pictures in the Park" event at Minaya Park, and the Mission Viejo community (two-legged and four-legged alike) are invited to come and join in on the fun.

Negrete will attend the portrait event with her beloved dog, Osito, a Maltese she adopted during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic last year. Negrete said that taking care of Osito inspired her to create a dog-centered event to invite the entire community to.

"I absolutely love hosting events for the community," Negrete told Patch. "[It's an] opportunity to meet neighbors, and potential sellers or buyers that may require my services one day. Osito can’t wait!"

At the event, a hired photographer will be onsite to take professional photographs that pet owners can take home. The event also features free treats for pups, and the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center will be at the event to answer questions on how to microchip and license your pet.
