We pay taxes so that the State of California can provide the minimum core curriculum to every student-

Fundraising for Core Educational Programs is illegal.

Permanent fundraising is a hidden tax.

One-time moneys should not be used to fund on-going expenses.

If CUSD does not have sufficient funding to provide art, music and science for every student (core educational programs), then CUSD does not have sufficient funding to give employee raises for the third straight year.
