"Fur-missile? Why didn't we think of that?" Police Services Lt. Quyen Vuong wrote over social media.

Vuong used a comparison of MVPD Sergeant Ivins with his K9 officer, Diesel, in full "missile mode."

Then, officers put the call out to find the young artist and set up a special thank you, social distance style.

Scarlett, the young resident responsible for the adorable drawing, met MVPD K9 officers Rosco and Cento, who showed her "some of their impressive skills."

All wore masks, except the dogs who enjoyed the shade of a nearby tree after putting on their show.
