Mark your calendar for Saturday, April 11 when the annual UC Master Gardeners of Orange County Expo Plant Giveaway and Sale take place at the Norman P. Murray Center.

Held from 9 am to 1 pm, the event boasts more than 1,500 beautiful plants for purchase and free; gardening discussions; and a wide array of gardening topics designed to provide research-based sustainable landscape, pest management, and gardening guidance.

The first 500 families will receive one free plant. Additional plants range from $2-$25 (cash only). Arrive early for the best selection of plants such as tomatoes, peppers, herbs, vegetables, succulents, houseplants, milkweed, native plants, and flowers.
