The City of Mission Viejo will host its 3rd annual Community Health Fair on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015 from 9 am to Noon at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet experts in our community at more than 40 informative and interactive booths. Fitness, nutrition, mental health, therapeutic massage is just a few of the areas available.
Free screening and testing will be available to check your blood pressure, body fat, cholesterol, glucose, sleep apnea, oral cancer, etc.

The event is part of an initiative to promote Healthy Eating, Active Living (HEAL).
