Lace Up Your Ice Skates And Hit The Rink In Mission Viejo
The City of Mission Viejo is hosting a weeklong community ice rink in honor of the season, but sessions are expected to sell out fast.
MISSION VIEJO, CA — Mission Viejo residents, a new city-sponsored event is coming your way. The City of Mission Viejo and the Mission Viejo Activities Committee are inviting the community to Rudolph's Rink, a new one-week only holiday event.
From Monday to Dec. 13, city invites you to bring your family to the Mission Viejo Civic Center to participate in 40-minute skating sessions at $10 a session. Along with skating, there will be a "Christmas Café" that will serve hot beverages, snacks and water. Glow-in-the-dark items will also be available for purchase.
Skaters under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian signature, the city said. The 40-minute skating sessions begin on the hour.

Rudolph's Rink takes place Monday through Dec. 13. The hours are Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday noon to 10 p.m. The last skate session for each day begins an hour before closing time, according to the city.
