Man Asks Mother For Her 6-Year-Old Daughter At Laundromat: Cops
A Santa Ana mother doing laundry was startled when this man allegedly said he wanted her daughter, then groped several children, cops say.

SANTA ANA, CA — A man who asked a mother in a laundromat if he could "have" her child has been arrested, Santa Ana police say. On Monday, Allen Flores, 28, was taken into custody thanks to the quick work of the mom and another bystander, according to reports.
While doing laundry at the laundromat with her children, Flores allegedly asked the mom (name not released) if he could "have her 6-year-old daughter," ABC7 reported. Flores allegedly approached and groped several other juveniles at the laundromat
Santa Ana police were called in shortly after the incident took place, when another woman told an officer that a man on a bicycle touched three young girls on the buttocks as he passed them on the sidewalk.

The police officer spotted Flores, then chased him down and detained him. He was booked on charges of:
- annoying or molesting of a victim under the age of 18,
- touching a person intimately against his or her will for sexual arousal
- attempted kidnapping of a child under the age of 14
He was in Central Jail Court on $100,000 bail, according to records, as of this report.
