Man Charged With Sex Attacks On Dependent Adult In South OC
The 57-year-old man was charged with sexually assaulting a dependent adult in a treatment center in Aliso Viejo.
ALISO VIEJO, CA — A man was charged with sexually assaulting a dependent adult in a treatment center in Orange County.
Darryl Wayne Duncan, 57, was charged Friday with single counts each of lewd and lascivious act on a dependent adult with force, sexual penetration with an intoxicating substance used on the victim and sexual battery on an institutional victim, all felonies.
He was accused of attacking the woman on Jan. 9, court records show.

Duncan pleaded not guilty Friday at his arraignment and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 18 for a pretrial hearing in the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach.
The defendant was also convicted of assault with a deadly weapon in August 1986, the criminal complaint said.

Orange County sheriff's deputies were sent just before 2 p.m. March 16 to a treatment center in the 24000 block of Pacific Park Drive in Aliso Viejo, according to a previous Patch report.
