Mission Hospital Holiday Gala Nets More Than $1.35 Million
Every dollar donated to Mission Hospital is part of the $200 million comprehensive campaign to improve the health of our community.
The Mission Hospital Holiday Gala surpassed all previous records by raising net proceeds of more than $1.35 million to support the hospital’s greatest needs.
For the ninth straight year, Nolet Spirits U.S.A. - The Nolet family graciously served as Title Sponsor. Mission Hospital Foundation also thanks our premier sponsors for their incredible generosity: Idit and Moti Ferder - Lugano Diamonds, Kevin and Patricia Moriarty and Orange County Neurosurgical Associates.
The Holiday Gala celebrates the Spirit of Giving of all those who support Mission Hospital. This year’s theme of Grace, Gratitude and Growth highlighted the significant ways in which philanthropy enhances the lives of our patients, their families and the community.

The extraordinary success of the event brings Mission Hospital even closer to completing our $200 million comprehensive campaign. To date, more than $194 million has been raised to improve the health and quality of life across the region. Funds raised by the Holiday Gala support ongoing investment in our centers of excellence: Behavioral Health, Heart, Imaging, Neuroscience & Spine Institute, Orthopedics and Women’s services.

Among the highlights of the evening was a live auction featuring excursions to Italy, England, Hawaii and Mexico, as well as tickets and accommodations to attend the 2015 Victoria Secret Fashion Show.
Mission Hospital celebrates Holiday Gala Chairs, Margarita and Tom Solazzo, for using their incredible passion for Mission Hospital to make this year’s event one of the most beautiful, inspiring and enjoyable events in our history.
Guests describe this event as the perfect blend of fun and transformational fundraising. The evening includes exceptional food, dancing and entertainment, and most importantly, meaningful ways to become engaged and support Mission Hospital.
