City permits are issued when the appropriate health and safety guidelines are in place. Some Mission Viejo eateries that obtained TUPs for outdoor dining include Hacienda La Joya, Broken Yolk, Koko Sushi and Don Gustavo’s Restaurant.

As California reopens, every business must create a safer, low-risk environment. Business owners must follow the State’s recent guidance to protect workers and customers.
