As the COVID-19 crisis continues to impact our community, the City of Mission Viejo is seeking donations of hygiene items urgently needed for local charities helping people in need.

The most-needed hygiene items include:

  • Soap bars
  • Shampoo
  • Diapers and baby wipes
  • Toothpaste
  • Disposable razors and shaving cream
  • Feminine hygiene product
  • Laundry detergent; toilet paper
  • Umbrellas/rain products
  • Fast-food cards

(Please note: No clothing, shoes or blankets)

The City has designated two convenient weekly drop-off points with donation boxes at the front entrance of the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center (24932 Veterans Way) and Mission Viejo Civic Center City Hall lobby at 200 Civic Center. All donations will benefit the Orange County Rescue Mission and StandUP For Kids. See this flier for hours of operation.
