Mission Viejo Jewelry Heist Prompts Investigation
OCSD officers are seeking suspect, property in a recent Mission Viejo Jewelry Theft.

MISSION VIEJO, CA — Have you seen this jewelry?
Orange County Sheriff’s Department investigators are looking for a suspect who burglarized a home in the 27000 block of Pueblonuevo Drive, making off with more than $6,700 in valuables.
Residents shared that their home was burglarized between 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 3.

"Deputies responded to reports of a home burglary to find a shattered back door and a ransacked home," Jamiee Blashaw, OCSD Public Affairs Manager said.
Among the stolen items were:

- A Rolex watch
- Several pieces of jewelry including a ring with diamonds and pearls valued at $5,000
- A black floor safe
"Investigators are looking to locate the items and return them to the victims," Blashaw said.
