Mission Viejo Library Will Reopen By Appointment April 6

In-person reservations are good for an hour, and a single reservation can include a family unit.

With the County’s move back to a less-restrictive tier, the Mission Viejo Library is gearing up to reopen to the public by appointment on Tuesday, April 6.

Here are other important dates to remember:

  • Reservations for appointments begin on Thursday, March 25 at https://cmvl.as.me.
  • To prepare for the library's reopening, curbside service will be suspended on Friday, April 2 and will resume on Saturday, April 3.

In-person reservations are good for an hour, and a single reservation can include a family unit. With an appointment, you can obtain library cards, pick up holds, browse the collection, check out new materials, get reference help and retrieve remote printing. Appointments will be available from noon to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Curbside service will continue to be available as well.

Other services – including use of study rooms, public computers as well as seating – will be phased in later in accordance with State COVID-19 guidelines.
