Mission Viejo Massage Therapist Suspected Of Sexually Assaulting Clients

BREAKING: The owner of a Mission Viejo massage business has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting clients.

MISSION VIEJO, CA — The owner of a Mission Viejo massage business was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a female customer, and investigators believe there are additional alleged victims, a sheriff's lieutenant said Friday.

Qing Dai, 40, of Mission Viejo, who owns Sunny's Massage at 24000 Alicia Parkway, No. 32, was taken into custody Thursday and booked on suspicion of one count of sexual battery, according to Orange County sheriff's Lt. Lane Lagaret.

Prosecutors have received evidence related to three more alleged victims, so Dai could face further charges, he said.

A 37-year-old woman came forward to sheriff's deputies on May 16, claiming she was sexually assaulted at the business, Lagaret said. On June 15, a 32-year-old woman made the same allegation, he said.

Two other female customers previously alleged they were assaulted at the business, Lagaret said, but he did not have dates of those alleged incidents.
