The city will activate a “lure” to attract a greater number of Pokemon to a certain location over a half-hour period of time.
The Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center has several “Pokestops” which are locations in the game where players can refill on virtual supplies and where Pokemon often appear.
"The center s also the site of a Pokemon Gym where players can battle their Pokemon within the game," Tokarski said.
Waivers must be signed to take part in the hunt, and all Pokemon Go hunters are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
"The family Bocce Night includes both bocce instruction and demonstration as well as competitions and refreshments," she said.
