Mission Viejo: Next Drop & Go Drive-Through Food Collection Set For Feb. 20

Part of an ongoing effort to help people in our community, the City of Mission Viejo is continuing to host drive-through food drives benefiting different nonprofits on the third Saturday of the month at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.

Most-needed food items include oatmeal, pasta, hearty soups, cereal, dried beans, canned chicken, macaroni & cheese, canned fruit, canned pasta, canned chili, canned mixed vegetables (no green beans or corn), canned beef stew, peanut butter and jelly, cereal, protein bars and dinner helpers.

With COVID-19 protocols in place, the drive-through food drive will allow folks to drive up, pop their trunks and City staff members will collect the items.
