Hosted by Mission Viejo Police Services as part of the Stay Safe Orange County campaign, this free seminar is from 6:30-8 pm at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way.

Lt. Gene Inouye, a longtime fraud investigator and current Laguna Woods Chief of Police Services, will lead the discussion about fraud, identity theft, ATM skimming, caregiver crimes and common scams.
