National Association of People Against Bullying (NAPAB) Presents an Anti-Bullying Workshop In San Clemente
Is your child or someone you know being bullied?

NAPAB will present an Anti-Bullying Workshop at the San Clemente High School Little Theater on Monday, February 9 at 6 p.m.
All parents and students are encouraged to attend. Topics to be discussed include: how to handle teasing, rumors, gossiping and insults, as well as direct threats, lies, harassment and cyber-bullying.
The NAPAB goal is to provide education and support to parents, educators, children and the community at large as well as to work with school authorities, families and victims of bullying to bring about peaceful resolution.

This non-profit organization also advocates on behalf of bullied children and their families. If your child is currently experiencing bullying, you can contact Anna Mendez, President of NAPAB at anna@napab.org. Anna Mendez lost her own child due to relentless bullying and is dedicated to keeping the memory of Daniel Mendez alive.
NAPAB also works closely with Cool 2 Be Kind (C2BK) which is a student-run organization started at San Clemente High School after the untimely death of Daniel Mendez in 2009. The club focuses on providing a safe room for kids at school who are experiencing bullying.

The club also works to raise awareness within the campus and community populations about the dangers of ignoring bullying and what parents and kids should do if it is happening to them.
