New Series Meant To Help Teens Better Manage Stress
Teens face social issues and anxiety. This series can help them thrive.

To help teens in our community thrive, the City launched a new Teen Series designed to help teenagers better address today's social issues.
First up on September 9 is the free Healthy Ways to Manage Stress and Anxiety for Teens program from 4-5:30 pm at Aliso Viejo City Hall.
The program will cover pressure from school to technology; how the teenage brain works; the effects of stress; and helpful tips and tools for creating a personal stress plan. Teens will leave with strategies for dealing with their emotions in times of stress and more.
