New Stretching Studio Hosts Grand Opening In South Orange County

SAN CLEMENTE, CA — A new way to wellness is opening its doors in San Clemente. StretchLab, an assisted stretching franchise, is opening its newest studio in San Clemente and south Orange County residents of all fitness levels are invited to stop by and learn more.

According to a news release, the studio will introduce people of all ages and fitness levels to various health and wellness benefits while working with highly-trained "Flexologists."

As a gift to the community, StretchLab is offering half-off of intro stretches and exclusive membership rates for their one-on-one assisted stretching services for their first four weeks of business, the release said.

StretchLab offers a variety of personalized stretching services, including a 25-minute stretch that concentrates on the client's current stretching needs and a 50-minute head-to-toe deep stretch that focuses on all major muscle groups, according to the release.

The San Clemente StretchLab studio will also offer the TRX MAPS machine, a machine that identifies movement issues across four important categories: Mobility, activation, posture and symmetry.

StretchLab San Clemente is owned by Clark and Moranda Fielding and Andrew and Ashly Lark, two couples were became friends during college. The idea to open a StretchLab in San Clemente came after representatives from StretchLab Irvine visited Clark's law firm in February 2020 and offered free demo stretches.

"We are so excited to bring this wellness modality to the community of San Clemente and the outlying communities," co-owner Clark Fielding said. "We know that the community will understand the purpose of StretchLab once they experience it."
