Make it a date.

More than 90 years of Oscar winning and nominated songs will be presented by the Eclectic Entertainment Troupe and the Timeless Melodies Foundation on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015 from 7-8 pm at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, CA 92692. It includes a narrative of movie and Oscar award history, as well as a vast array of musical performances.

On Valentine’s Day enjoy sentimental favorites such as “My Funny Valentine,” “Moon River” from Breakfast at Tiffany, “Evergreen” from A Star is Born, “My Heart will Go On” from Titanic and even one of this year’s Oscar nominated songs, “Glory,” from Selma.

The event is produced in partnership with Larry Maurer, Executive Director and music historian of the Timeless Melodies Foundation for Education and the City of Mission Viejo. Timeless Melodies presents lectures on American Popular Music.
