Niguel Hills Students Perform Christmas Classics at Kaleidoscope
A portion of the proceeds of ticket sales were donated to the school's music programs.
Kaleidoscope continued its third concert during their Skating for Schools community outreach program, as Niguel Hills Middle School seventh and eighth grade orchestras performed Christmas classics Friday evening.
"We get a pretty mixed turnout of people," Kaleidoscope employee Ashley Miller said. "From families to visitors just wondering what is going on, our new program definitely draws a large crowd."
Niguel Hills Middle School's performance also features Chloe Hopper, Jake Platt and Iris Hou, students recently accepted into the Southern California School Band & Orchestra Association. They each gave solo performances for all the attending guests.

Kaleidoscope gives participating schools $250 toward their music program. Skating for Schools also helps local schools by giving 30 percent of proceeds to participating schools.
Kaleidoscope also features an eco-friendly iceless rink, where participants can safely learn to skate on a much less slippery, harden resin panel.
