Online survey will gauge how library can better serve all

Mission Viejo Library seeking input for better serving people with disabilities.

In an effort to provide more inclusive services to our community, the Mission Viejo Library wants to know how to better serve people with disabilities and launched an online survey to garner essential input.

Working with research consultant Alice Wong of the Disability Visibility Project, the library will utilize the survey and host a series of community conversations and stakeholder and advocate interviews to gather suggestions, ideas and feedback from the public. The input will be part of a final report with recommendations and action items this year.

You can participate in the survey, which ends on March 10, in two ways:

-Request a paper copy or fill out the survey in person at the Mission Viejo Library; Dayle McIntosh Center; or Vocational Visions.

The survey is available in English, Spanish, Farsi and Mandarin.
