Parents Caught With Car Full Of Drugs In Mission Viejo
Mission Viejo Police discovered an unattended juvenile and followed him to his parents' vehicle. There, they found a car full of drugs.

MISSION VIEJO, CA — Orange County Sheriff's Department Officers on patrol Wednesday night saw something out of the ordinary while on patrol checks of local businesses. A 16-year-old boy was out, wandering in a parking lot, and drew the attention of the deputies.
Officers stopped checks, and went to see about the teenager.
"The teenager pointed out his parents who were parked in their vehicle nearby," Mission Viejo Police Services Lt. Quyen Vuong told Patch.

Inside the vehicle, deputies discovered heroin and methamphetamine along with numerous drug paraphernalia.
The parents were cited and the juvenile was taken to Orangewood Children’s Home because his parents were unfit to care for him. We hope social services can provide help to this family.

"It's a sad thing, and we are hoping that social services will help parents with their substance abuse problems, so that this family can be reunited," Vuong said.
