Paula Poundstone Speaks At Mission Viejo Library
Her comedy remains relevant but her book is the topic of comedian Paula Poundstone's stop in Mission Viejo.

MISSION VIEJO, CA — Beloved stand-up comedian, author and actor Paula Poundstone will discuss her new book “The Totally Unscientific Study of the Search for Human Happiness” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27 at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.
What is the secret to happiness; how do mere mortals achieve it; and is it even possible to find happiness amid the daily demands of our crazy lives?
Poundstone, the Emmy Award-winning comic and professional doubting Thomas, was determined to find out. She immersed herself in a series of experiments she hoped would reveal the path to happiness and presents her findings in this wildly funny and strikingly wise book.
