Police Follow Disturbances, Petty Theft, Burglary
The following is a selection of calls from Mission Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from April 5 to April 7.
Police received three disturbance reports Tuesday night, with two calls made within a mile and about two hours apart.
It has been more than a week since police have updated the blotter.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 2:47 p.m. Thursday. Olympiad Road and Jeronimo Road.
Disturbance. 12:25 p.m. Thursday. La Paz Road and Marguerite Parkway.

Petty theft report. 7:29 a.m. Thursday. 27600 block of Argyll.
Burglary in progress. 10:33 p.m. Wednesday. 26800 block of Via Grande.
Traffic stop. 8:41 p.m. Wednesday. Marguerite Parkway and Olympiad Road. A 33-year-old mechanic was arrested during a traffic stop and was placed in custody at Central Men’s Jail on $20,000 bail.
Pedestrian check. 7:11 p.m. Wednesday. Alicia Parkway and Po Avenue. A 30-year-old construction worker was arrested during a pedestrian check and was placed in custody at Central Men’s Jail on $15,000 bail.
Battery report. 4:31 p.m. Wednesday. 21600 block of Marguerite Parkway.
Suspicious person/circumstances. 12:09 p.m. Wednesday. 27700 block of Medical Center Road.
Traffic stop. 11:48 a.m. Wednesday. Avery Parkway and Marguerite Parkway. A 30-year-old cook was arrested during a traffic stop and was placed in custody at Orange County Jail, where he was released for undisclosed reasons.
Suspicious person in vehicle. 10:21 a.m. Wednesday. Crown Valley Parkway and Puerta Real.
Disturbance. 11:40 p.m. Tuesday. Felipe Road and Oso Parkway.
Disturbance. 11:08 p.m. Tuesday. 26700 block of Via Linares.
Disturbance. 8:51 p.m. Tuesday. 27600 block of Esla.
Traffic stop. 8:04 p.m. Tuesday. Marguerite Parkway and Avery Parkway. A 32-year-old man who works in sales was arrested during a traffic stop and was placed in custody at Central Men’s Jail and was released when he posted bail.
Suspicious person/circumstances. 8:21 p.m. Tuesday. 27200 block of Rosario.
Suspicious person/circumstances. 6:55 p.m. Tuesday. 26100 block of Avenida Calidad.
