Prescription Soup

 

Feeling a bit under the weather this week, so a prescription for Chicken Soup is what’s cooking tonight.

You will need:

§  4-6 cups of chicken broth

§  1 12.5 oz. canned chicken

§  1 carrot, peeled and sliced

§  1-2 celery stalks diced

 

Bring broth to a boil, add chicken, carrots and celery. Allow to cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.  Fun add-ins can include barley, noodles or rice. And remember,  nosh with panache!
