Ray Parker Jr. to appear on "Breakfast with Gary and Kelly"
Free concert with Grammy award winning guitarist.

Mission Viejo’s popular, community radio station, Saddleback College, KSBR, 88.5 FM, will host a live broadcast with “Gary and Kelley” featuring Ray Parker, Jr. on Sat., Dec. 13, 2014 at Norman P. Murray Senior and Community Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
The popular morning show’s, “Breakfast with Gary and Kelly” guest, Ray Parker, Jr. is a Grammy winner, guitarist, songwriter and producer. The Detroit native started out as a session guitarist in high school, then later he played back-up to the Temptations, the Spinners and Stevie Wonder.
Parker has co-written hit songs for Rufus, Chaka Khan and Barry White. He has appeared in various TV shows-“Gimme a Break” and “21 Jump Street,” movies such as “Uptown Saturday Night” and in the “Ghostbusters” music video. This past March he was honored with his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The live cast will start at 9 am; however the audience will be admitted for the 10 am to noon portion. Admission is free, but seating is limited so be sure to make reservations. Often times people who have reserved seats can’t make it, so it is worth going to the venue to get a seat.
While the name of the show is “Breakfast with Gary and Kelly,” it is just the name-they don’t serve breakfast. Light refreshments and coffee may be served.

Gary and Kelly’s show have broadcasted from locations all over Southern California. For more information on how to become part of the audience, tune to 88.5 KSBR or visit www.KSBR.org. The final hour is videotaped for later broadcast on the city’s MVTV Channel 30 and Saddleback College Channel 39 on the Cox Cable system.
