Step 1 - Preheat oven to 375* Step 2 - Coat baking sheet with cooking spray Step 3 - Place flour tortilla onto baking sheet and roll into a cone shape, making sure to place edges facing down. (Prepare as many as you need.) Step 4- Make small balls of crumpled foil to stuff inside of the cones to help maintain shape during baking. Bake at 375* for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool, then fill with scrambled eggs, diced vegetables, crumbled bacon, cheeses, diced ham or any of your breakfast favorites!
