Relief from Breakfast Blues

Does your Danish seem dull? Your cereal, somber and sad? If so, you may be suffering from the Breakfast Blues. One proven way to overcome the Breakfast Blues is with a fun new twist to the traditional breakfast fare. Introducing.... Coneucopia! A baked tortilla cone, filled with your choice of breakfast treats. Step 1 - Preheat oven to 375* Step 2 - Coat baking sheet with cooking spray Step 3 - Place flour tortilla onto baking sheet and roll into a cone shape, making sure to place edges facing down. (Prepare as many as you need.) Step 4- Make small balls of crumpled foil to stuff inside of the cones to help maintain shape during baking. Bake at 375* for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool, then fill with scrambled eggs, diced vegetables, crumbled bacon, cheeses, diced ham or any of your breakfast favorites!
