Road Closed After Water Main Breaks, Prompting Delays In OC
The water main break was reported just after 9 a.m. on Alicia Parkway in South Orange County.
MISSION VIEJO, CA — A traffic advisory was issued to drivers after a water main break shut down a busy South Orange County road Thursday morning.
The water main break was reported in the City of Mission Viejo on Alicia Parkway just east of Jeronimo Road at around 9 a.m., the Moulton Niguel Water District reported.
The break prompted authorities to respond, and the water district is currently in the process of excavation and restoration, officials said.
