Special Rail Service for Ducks Games
The Ducks Express will go to and from Anaheim on weeknights; round-trip tickets are $7. There's a free shuttle from the station to Honda Center and back.

Ducks hockey fans will have an extra way to get to the game this season, thanks to special weeknight Metrolink service to and from Anaheim that starts with the home opener, Oct. 14.
All Orange County stations south of Anaheim will offer round-trip service to Anaheim for weeknight home games that start at 7:05 p.m. and 7:35 p.m., according to the Orange County Transportation Authority. Round-trip tickets for this Ducks Express are $7 for the general public, $6 for seniors and $4 for ages 6 to 18. There's a free shuttle from the Anaheim train station to and from the Ducks' home, Honda Center.
Those who buy two tickets on the Ducks Express can get a free Ducks game ticket voucher. To get the deal, tickets must be purchased on OCTA.net, at the OCTA store or via phone at 714-560-5932. The offer is good through April 1, 2012.

Heading to the game, a northbound train will depart the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo station at 5:50 p.m. All regular stops on Metrolink’s Orange County lines will be made along the way to the Anaheim station.
The train is scheduled to arrive at the Anaheim Metrolink station, in the parking lot of Angel Stadium, about 30 minutes to an hour before the game. A regularly scheduled train that originates in Fullerton will leave the Anaheim station half an hour after the expected end of the game. That last train leaving Anaheim is at 10:09 p.m. and can be held up to 10 minutes for games that go a little late. The OCTA suggests having a backup transit plan if the game runs long.
