Stolen Tools Returned to Capistrano School District
Stolen tools, located during a raid on a homeless encampment, were safely returned to their rightful owners.

MISSION VIEJO, CA — One week ago, a Mission Viejo homeless encampment was raided and two probationers were discovered with a plethora of stolen property. On Tuesday, stolen tools were identified as belonging to the Capistrano School District, and returned to their rightful owners.
"This morning, our investigators and members of the South Homeless Outreach Team spent hours returning thousands of dollars in tools that were stolen from Capistrano Unified Schools," they said.
As of this report it was unclear how those tools came into the suspects' possession.
